1. Acceptance of terms

By using ClaudeCV you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Please use a unique password.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't upload false information you intend to defraud employers with.
• Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Don't use ClaudeCV to build resumes for others as a paid service without a Pro plan.

4. Subscriptions & refunds

Paid plans (Lite, Pro) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe or Razorpay. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of first payment.

5. Content ownership

You own everything you put into your resume. We claim no ownership. By using the service you grant us a limited license to store and display your content back to you.

6. Templates & IP

The template designs, code, and brand are owned by ClaudeCV. Free users retain the right to export finished resumes for personal job-search use.

7. Limitation of liability

ClaudeCV is provided "as is". We are not responsible for job outcomes, missed opportunities, or any consequential loss arising from use of the service. Total liability in any 12-month period is capped at fees paid.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time from settings.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Mumbai courts.
